Volunteer Opportunities
Breast Cancer BaddieCon is an experience with multiple areas where we need your help! Take a look below and see where you can lend a hand.
Be the first friendly face our Baddies see! This team manages the registration desk, checks in attendees, distributes event materials, and answers any questions. They also help guide attendees to their sessions and ensure everyone feels welcomed and informed.
Assist our speakers and workshop leaders by providing on-site support during sessions. Responsibilities include setting up A/V equipment, managing handouts, assisting with Q&A sessions, and ensuring the sessions run smoothly.
Support the comfort and well-being of our attendees by managing the hospitality lounge and wellness areas. This role involves ensuring refreshments are available, assisting with wellness activities, and making sure everyone has a comfortable space to relax and recharge.
Provide personalized support to our attendees, especially those who may need extra assistance. This team helps with wayfinding, connects attendees with resources, and ensures that everyone has a positive and empowering experience at Breast Cancer BaddieCon.
