My diagnosis is just a chapter in my book of life
I feel reborn in a sense. Life can change in a matter of minutes. I learned to live my best life!
Our mission is to empower women of color affected by breast cancer to make the rest of their lives the best of their lives through education, advocacy and community.

I feel reborn in a sense. Life can change in a matter of minutes. I learned to live my best life!

For a while, I sat around wondering what I’d do with my life after cancer. I had no idea how I’d rebuild myself.

Sometimes I just want to complain about it all without someone saying you’re strong you’ll get through it, but sometimes smiling makes it easier for everyone else around you.

For some, beauty practices lift their spirits because when they look better, they feel better.

Thank God It’s Natural (tgin) CEO and breast cancer survivor Chris-Tia Donaldson, sits down with FTBOU to talk about her personal journey and TGIN Foundation

For us women, our hair is our beauty…..I was one of those women.

My womanhood had nothing to do with the hair on my head. The removal of my breasts did not subtract from the sum of my womanhood. In fact, breast cancer taught me just how much of a woman I really am.

From restoring libido to regaining sensation in your breasts, Dr. Don answers all your questions about cancer and sexual health.

Your breasts play a huge part in your sexuality. It felt good to have them touched, kissed. It turned me on and now…nothing.

Us women are more than just our bodies. And while our bodies may be the only home we have, it’s our hearts and our spirits that propel us forward – not our aesthetic.
